Breakfast at our bed and breakfast in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, is the perfect start to your day. Your morning meal includes fresh juice, a seasonal fruit dish, followed by either a savory entrée one day or sweet entrée the next along with ham, bacon, or sausage, limitless cups of hot coffee or tea, and a selection of made-from-scratch sweet breads.
The menu is chef’s choice and changes daily. Gaslight Inn specialties such as eggs benedict, crème brulee French toast, or baked eggs in maple toast cups—are what you can expect when dining with us.
Breakfast is served for all guests at the main dining room table, 9am daily, but if you have an early tour or appointment, etc…, we are pleased to offer you The Gaslight Inn Grab N’ Go. Let us know in advance and we will have one waiting for you at your departure time.
Locally Grown Eggs, Fruits, and Much More
We are proud to support local farms whenever possible, and offer guests farm-fresh eggs from Weikert’s Egg farm as well as strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries from Brownvalley Farms. Additionally, we are fortunate to have a bounty of local orchards who supply us with juicy peaches and delicious Pennsylvania apples throughout the year. You’ll even find tomatoes from our own garden on your summer plate.

At this time, we cannot accommodate grain-free, vegan, or sugar-free diets. We are happy to accommodate guests who are vegetarian, gluten-free, or on low-sugar diets for diabetes.
